He holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Master of Pharmacy from Robert Gordon University.
Deeply committed to his faith, Justins personal life is intertwined with his professional mission. Before Compassion, he founded the NGO Lemon Aid and also ran a Scottish-based Christian music festival called Frenzy. He is a father to four children and often speaks about fatherhood and faith.
He directed an international team that fundraised for and constructed a solar-powered hospital on La Gonave Island in Haiti following the 2010 earthquake.
