Karen Lyttle is the Director of Technology at The R&A, where she spearheads the organizations technology transformation. She leads four teams—Technical Delivery, Change, Operations & Support, and Data—and has successfully restructured the departments operating model. She holds a Masters degree in Design for Services from the University of Dundee.
Karen is a passionate advocate for female empowerment in the workplace, particularly within the golf industry. A graduate of the first-ever R&A Women in Golf Leadership Development Programme, she actively promotes the initiative and speaks publicly about her journey as a woman in technology and golf to inspire others.
