Katelyn Heisinger is the Senior Director of Recruitment at AMN Healthcare, leveraging a unique background that spans from education to specialized healthcare staffing. Her career journey includes roles as a Lead Therapy Recruiter and a Senior Director of Student Success. She holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of South Dakota.

Outside of her recruitment career, Katelyn has a history of community and international engagement. She has worked as a volunteer coordinator for a political campaign in South Dakota and previously taught English in Spain, demonstrating a passion for education and civic involvement.
