Kathleen Mills is a professional leadership coach and retired FBI Senior Executive with 31 years of experience, including serving as Deputy Assistant Director for Cybersecurity. She now runs The Coaching Experience, focusing on helping leaders move from performative to authentic leadership, leveraging her training from Georgetown and Yale.

Kathleen is passionate about human connection and helping clients find balance between producing results and fostering authentic relationships. Her work is informed by her extensive experience in high-stakes environments and a belief that our experiences forge who we become. She is trained in Brené Browns Dare to Lead® curriculum.
