Kathy Niknejad

Dr. Kathy Niknejad is the Chief Medical Officer and Physician in Chief at Harvard University Health Services. An experienced urologist and graduate of Harvard Medical School, she leads a multi-specialty practice serving the Harvard community, focusing on integrating primary, urgent, and specialty care. Her career reflects a deep expertise in both clinical practice and healthcare administration.

Dr. Niknejad is also the Vice Chair of an admissions subcommittee at Harvard Medical School and continues to contribute to medical research, having recently co-authored a paper on trends in robot-assisted prostatectomy.
