Katie Higgins serves as the Director of Operations at fairlife, where she is leading the launch of the companys new 750, 000-square-foot production facility in Webster, NY. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Chemical Engineering, her career includes extensive experience in process improvement and quality assurance at AB InBev.
Outside of her professional life, Katie was a dedicated athlete in college, playing as a midfielder for the Rochester Institute of Technologys varsity womens soccer team.
She is currently spearheading the development of what will be the largest dairy processing facility in the Northeast.
