Kelly Crispens

Kelly Crispens is the Director of Recruitment at Northwestern Mutual, bringing experience from her previous role as a Recruitment Manager at Commonwise Home Care. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and its McIntire Business Institute, building a career focused on talent acquisition.

Deeply invested in her community, Kelly is passionate about preserving local traditions in Charlottesville. She has actively co-organized fundraisers to support important local causes, such as the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, demonstrating a strong commitment to civic engagement and helping neighbors in need.

She was a collegiate soccer player before an injury ended her athletic career.
