Outside of her agency, Kia is deeply interested in personal growth, purpose, and the power of human connection, often discussing these themes on her podcast, "The Results-Driven Life. " She enjoys reading non-fiction, spending time with her children and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and previously considered becoming a Pilates instructor.
