Kristen Schroeder is the Managing Director at Real Food for Real Kids, where she leads the organization in its mission to promote healthy eating for children. Kristen is inspired by historical figures like NASA mathematician Katherine Johnson, a hero she shares with her math-obsessed child. She is passionate about the quality and thoughtful design of food, from ingredients to the final menu, and leads a program that provides meals to families in need.
She was responsible for designing and scaling the companys "Real Food Forward" program, which aimed to provide 100, 000 meals to children and families in 2021.
