Kurt Richardson MBA

Kurt Richardson is an executive coach with 42 years of experience in aviation and manufacturing. He progressed from a mechanic to President/GM at Triumph Group, specializing in Lean manufacturing and operational turnarounds. He holds an MBA from Friends University and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University. People who have worked with him describe him as a motivational servant leader with humility.

Following his retirement from aviation, Kurt has pursued his passions for coaching the next generation of leaders and outdoor activities. A retired marathoner, he is now an avid hiker. He is also a proud and engaged alumnus of Friends University, actively sharing stories that highlight the schools supportive community.

Unique fact: Kurt began his distinguished career on the shop floor at Boeing and successfully advanced through every subsequent level of leadership.
