Kurt Sibayan

Kurt Sibayan is a Client Development Executive at Sedgwick, specializing in workers compensation, risk management, and property and casualty insurance. An alumnus of East Carolina University, he applies his extensive industry experience to foster strong client relationships and drive business development. He is also active in community leadership through board memberships.

Based in Hawai`i, Kurt is deeply involved in his community, serving on the boards of Kids Chance of Hawai`i and Surfrider Spirit Sessions. His personal interests appear to include golf, hunting, and ocean-related activities, reflecting a passion for both outdoor pursuits and youth mentorship through sports.

He serves as a board member for Surfrider Spirit Sessions, an organization that mentors at-risk youth through surfing.
