Outside of her technical leadership, Lara is deeply committed to community impact and mentorship. She is an active participant in the TechWomen program, recently helping launch the Lebanese TechWomen Council. In 2017, she served as the President of JCI Beirut, leading members in projects aligned with UN sustainable development goals.
