LaTrona Fulbright

LaTrona Fulbright is a licensed Health Management professional with over two decades of experience in assisted living administration. Her career began in 1995 as a Certified Nurse Aide, and she has since progressed to her current role as Executive Director at St. Katharine Drexel Retirement Center, driven by a deep sense of compassion for resident care.

Originally from Snyder, Oklahoma, LaTrona is a mother of three who was also an accomplished track star in her youth. She is deeply motivated by her family, having moved to Oklahoma City to provide a better future for her children while simultaneously advancing her education and career.

On her first day as a nurse aide, she felt so overwhelmed she almost quit, but her compassion for the residents compelled her to stay.
