Leanna Jardine

Leanna is the Talent Acquisition Lead at Keystone Capital, where she specializes in executive search, leadership assessment, and organizational design for their portfolio companies. A holder of the Hogan Assessments Certification, she is passionate about creating repeatable, data-backed processes for talent decisions. People who have worked with her describe her as driven, dedicated, and a positive force.

Outside of her professional life, Leanna values deep, long-standing relationships, as shown by her celebration of a 15-year friendship that began in her college sorority. She also has a strong connection to her local community and family, having grown up around the local bank where her family members worked.

Unique fact: Leanna quite literally grew up in a local bank, selling Girl Scout cookies in the lobby and doing her homework in the boardroom.
