Dr. Leigh B. Goodson is the President and CEO of Tulsa Community College, where she focuses on student success and community partnerships. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Ph. D. in Education Research, she has led initiatives like Oklahomas first early college high school and secured TCCs spot in the prestigious AACC Pathways Project.

An avid gardener, Dr. Goodson is deeply committed to the Tulsa community, having served on over 25 boards and commissions, including the Tulsa Regional Chamber and the YMCA of Greater Tulsa. She is a recipient of the YWCA Pinnacle Award for Education, recognizing her significant local contributions and leadership.

She was the first female president named in Tulsa Community Colleges history and the first at any of Oklahomas three largest higher education institutions.
