Leonard Payne

Leonard Payne is a retired Plant Manager from Tyson Foods, where he managed operations at the New Holland facility. He holds an MBA from Salisbury Universitys Perdue School of Business and a Bachelors degree from Penn State University, reflecting a strong foundation in both business and production management.

Leonard has demonstrated a commitment to community welfare, notably participating in initiatives to combat local hunger. He has publicly expressed the importance of raising awareness and providing support for those in need within the community. He also maintains an interest in his alma maters, Penn State and Salisbury University.

He was involved in production-line testing for a computerized, four-camera automated inspection system to spot defective products.
