Sc. in Food Science, she combines her Peruvian heritage and passion for ethical farming to deliver high-quality, organic specialty coffees, directly linking farmers with consumers and championing sustainable production.
Originally from Peru, Liz moved to Finland in 2014 after living in Spain and Denmark. She has embraced Finnish culture by learning the language and mastering cross-country skiing. Her passion for food quality stems from her childhood, visiting markets and learning from her potato-farmer grandparents.
Her journey into coffee began after a summer volunteering on various coffee farms in Peru, which deepened her commitment to supporting small farmers.
