Luciano Panaro

Luciano is a Co-Founder and CTO at Patio with two decades of experience leading technology teams in fast-paced startups. He excels at transforming ambiguous challenges into clear technical direction, specializing in product architecture, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. He studied at the University of Buenos Aires and has a track record of building and realigning teams to help founders ship products faster.

Outside of his primary role, Luciano is a technology advisor and has a history of co-founding other ventures, including a platform that generates visual sitemaps. He recently completed an intensive course on product sense to further sharpen his product thinking and strategic skills, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning.

After his company Honest Days Work merged with Latch, he stepped in as interim CTO to spearhead a major reorganization and lead cost-efficiency efforts for the newly combined 80-person engineering department.
