Luke Schumacher, P.E.

Luke is the Owner of Three Rivers Resort, applying his extensive background as a Professional Engineer. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Civil Engineering, his prior experience at SGM involved structural design, civil site planning, and construction management, giving him a unique technical perspective on property ownership.

Alongside his family, Luke took over the resort driven by a passion for the outdoors and the Gunnison Valley community. He is focused on creating a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and building strong local connections through the family-run business.

He made a significant career shift from a design engineer to a hands-on resort owner.
