Luz Damaris Rosario

Luz Damaris Rosario is a General Manager at Goya Foods, overseeing one of the companys largest production facilities. With a background as a Formulation Chemist and an MBA, she leverages her unique blend of scientific and business expertise. She began her career at Goya in Puerto Rico and advanced through roles in quality assurance.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Luz has a lifelong passion for mathematics and science that she has successfully applied to the food industry. She has served on the boards of several industry and student organizations in Puerto Rico, including the Asociación Productos de Puerto Rico and Students in Free Entrepreneurship (SIFE).

She uniquely describes herself as a “Scientific-Businesswoman,” having built her leadership career on her passion for chemistry.
