Maarten Nikkessen

Maarten is a consultant at EY with a strong academic foundation in finance, holding a Master’s in Sustainable Finance and Investments from Utrecht University. His thesis explored the market impact of corporate green bonds, and he has prior experience as a Business Analyst at Bluefield.

Outside of his finance career, Maarten has a deep-seated passion for soccer. He previously worked with KingsTalent, an organization that helps student-athletes, and has a clear interest in the development and scouting of talent within the sport, particularly connecting European players with US opportunities.

He once traveled to Philadelphia to represent his company at the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
