Madan Arora

Madan Arora is a distinguished engineering leader with over five decades of experience as a Director and Senior Technical Director at Parsons. He is a renowned expert in water and wastewater treatment, having led major projects in the US, Middle East, and Africa. He holds a Ph. D. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and is a licensed engineer in six states.

Beyond his engineering career, Madan is deeply committed to community and education. He has served as a Water Commissioner for the City of Glendora, CA, was on a local school districts bond oversight committee, and was a founding member of two charitable hospitals in India. He frequently speaks at colleges to mentor future engineers.

In 2024, Iowa State University recognized him as a Distinguished Alumnus for his international impact on the wastewater industry.
