Marco Canora

Marco Canora is a James Beard Award-winning NYC chef, author, and founder of Brodo Broth Company and Hearth Restaurant. A graduate of Pace Universitys Lubin School of Business, he is acclaimed for his influential Italian-inspired cooking and blending culinary artistry with successful entrepreneurship.

Canora is a prominent health advocate, a passion born from his own wellness journey. This personal transformation inspired him to focus on nutrient-dense foods, leading to his cookbook "A Good Food Day" and the creation of Brodo, which makes healing, high-quality bone broth widely accessible.

After a personal health scare, he completely overhauled his restaurant Hearth’s menu to eliminate processed ingredients and focus on traditional, nutrient-dense cooking.
