Marcus Gaughan is the Founder of Minds On Fire, where he implements his "Growth Operating System" to unify strategy, marketing, and sales for businesses. With over 15 years of experience, he helps companies in tech, manufacturing, and retail scale effectively. He is a graduate of Conestoga College and also studied at the University of Waterloo.
He has a keen interest in social impact, having worked as a Sponsorship & Partnerships Liaison for the Be The Change Social Impact Initiative. He has also been recognized for his competitive abilities, winning provincial awards in both Job Interview and Entrepreneurship Case competitions during his college years.
During the pandemic, he founded CapacityM, a platform to match manufacturers with excess capacity to those with excess work, helping to support the PPE crisis.
