Mariana Leite

Mariana Leite serves as the Treasury and Insurance Manager for South Latam at White Martins, a company where she has held several progressive roles in finance, including pricing and capex management. She holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelors in Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.

Beyond her corporate career, Mariana is a highly accomplished athlete in synchronized swimming. Her dedication to the sport led her to become a two-time South American champion and to secure 4th place at the World Youth Games, showcasing immense discipline and competitive spirit.
