Matt Dias

Matt Dias is an Executive Leader in Supply Chain at GE Aviation, where he applies his expertise in process optimization gained as a Six Sigma Black Belt with General Electric. He holds a degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, providing a strong foundation for his leadership role.

During his time at university, Matt was a student-athlete and a member of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute football team. He was also an active member of the Theta Chi fraternity, balancing academics, athletics, and social engagement.

He was a collegiate football player while attending RPI in the mid-1990s.
