Matt McAlear is the fourth-generation CEO of The McAlear Group and founder of Invicta Door. An award-winning entrepreneur, he was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023 for Michigan and Northwest Ohio. He also hosts the "SpeedMentorship" podcast and serves on the board of trustees for Owens Community College.

Outside of work, Matt is a husband and father of two daughters. He co-owns the award-winning Urban Pine Winery with his wife, Jen, and is a certified Level 1 Sommelier. His other hobbies include rollerblading, biking, and golf, showcasing a blend of business and diverse personal interests.
