Matthew Raugh

Matthew Raugh serves as the Manager of Finance Technology Strategy at Voya Financial, leveraging a strong background in financial analysis and business operations. He earned a BS from Penn State University, an MBA from Lebanon Valley College, and holds a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst (BIDA)® certification.

Outside of work, Matthew maintains a connection with his alma mater, Penn State University, which he lists as a personal interest. He also contributes to community initiatives through Voya Financials volunteer programs.

He has a foundational background in speaker construction with Clair Brothers, an early experience before his finance career.
