A graduate of Goldsmiths, University of London, she previously spent 11 years at Deloitte Digital, where she led the UK Customer Strategy team.
Outside of her executive role, Melissa is a mother of two young children. She notes this gives her a practical, real-world perspective on the effectiveness of digital experiences, especially when users have limited time and attention. She also recently traveled to Brazil for a global company summit.
After an incredible 11-year journey at Deloitte Digital, she recently took on the challenge of leading strategy for the entire EMEA region at CI&T.
