Meridith Coyle is a culinary entrepreneur and wellness advocate, serving as the President and Owner of Aneu Catering & Events and Fresh Ideas Market. Following a family legacy in the restaurant industry, she has operated award-winning food businesses for over 30 years. She holds certifications in whole food cooking and integrative nutrition and attended the University of Delaware.
Deeply passionate about clean eating and healthy living, Meridiths business philosophy is an extension of her personal lifestyle. She is an author and educator, teaching others how to improve their health through diet. During the pandemic, she donated over 5, 000 meals to frontline workers, an effort recognized on a CBS special with Harry Connick Jr.
Her entrepreneurial journey began when she took a leave of absence from her graduate studies in Psychology and Law to help run her fathers business after he became ill.
