Mia Rose Dunlap

A first-generation graduate of Spelman College and Hunter College, she founded AYA: Yielding Audacity to empower adults to use adversity for personal success through coaching, workshops, and speaking.
Outside of her formal roles, Mia hosts "The Audacity Talk Show, " focusing on mental health, self-help, and recovery. She has authored an interactive book, "The Audacity to Curate a Life You Love, " and leads creative experiences with universities like Cornell and Delaware State to help young adults design fulfilling lives.
She was the first in her family to travel abroad, visiting Ghana with Spelman College, which inspired the name of her company, AYA.
