Michael serves as the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food & Beverage at the AMERON Luzern Hotel Flora. A graduate of the prestigious SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern, his career is guided by the philosophy that "Success is built on teamwork, " reflecting his collaborative leadership style and operational expertise.

Based on his professional background, Michael shows a keen interest in specialized culinary environments. He previously managed the Two Hands Coffeehouse and worked in quality management for CULINARIUM ALPINUM, a center for Alpine culinary heritage. He also follows gastronomy company Tavolago AG.

He has earned progressive roles within the same hotel, advancing from Restaurant Manager to his current executive position.
