Michael Stieghorst

Michael Stieghorst is the Managing Director of Operations at Hochland Group, where he oversees production, sustainability, quality management, and supply chain processes. A Diplom-Kaufmann graduate, he has an extensive background in management consulting, specializing in restructuring and process optimization before joining Hochland.

Outside of his corporate role, Michael is the founder and owner of "HERDENCHEF - The Natural Leadership Experience. " This unique venture uses horse communication as a method for management and leadership training, providing executives with honest feedback from the horses to develop their skills.

He co-founded a leadership program centered on horses despite not being a traditional equestrian, fascinated by their ability to provide unfiltered feedback.
