Michael Williams is the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the University of Michigans College of Engineering. An experienced career coach, he specializes in building fruitful, lasting relationships with key partners to support research and philanthropic priorities. He holds a Bachelors Degree and a MicroMasters in Educational Innovation from the University of Michigan.
Outside of his university role, Michael is a self-described "gigantic tech aficionado, " "secret nerd, " and football analyst. Growing up in Flint, he developed a passion for learning he now shares with high school students through a college access program he founded. He is also a cancer survivor, which shapes his focus on the human experience.
He founded 23Express, a program that helps high school students from his hometown of Flint, Michigan, visit and experience college life in Ann Arbor.
