Michael Yeoh

Michael Yeoh is the President of the KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific, a prominent think tank. Described as a public intellectual and author with over 40 years of experience, he holds an Economics degree from Monash University and has attended senior management courses at Harvard and Wharton.

A fourth-generation Malaysian Chinese, he enjoys travelling and makes it a point to visit a new country every year. He values work-life balance, taking regular family holidays, and speaks some Hokkien dialect, though he regrets not having learned Mandarin.

He served as Malaysias official Representative, with the rank of Ambassador, on the ASEAN High-Level Task Force on Connectivity.
