Mike Astell is the Chief Executive Officer of FCDO Services, with over 25 years of experience leading business transformation in complex sectors like energy, oil & gas, and rail for companies including Shell and Centrica. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Sainsbury Management Fellow with a degree from Imperial College London.
