Mohamed Al Maflahi

Mohamed Al Maflahi is the Vice President of HSE at ADNOC Logistics & Services, driving safety and environmental stewardship across the UAEs largest integrated shipping company. With extensive experience in petroleum operations and crisis management within the ADNOC group, he holds a Bachelors degree from Indiana State University and has spearheaded numerous award-winning safety initiatives.

He is dedicated to environmental stewardship and safeguarding the UAEs maritime heritage for future generations. Mohamed expresses strong national pride and maintains a professional interest in the broader energy sector, including major companies like BP and ExxonMobil, reflecting his deep commitment to the industry.

His teams "Smart Vessels" initiative, which uses AI systems on over 80 offshore vessels to enhance safety, won a prestigious International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) Award.
