Molly Tatum is a board-certified, fellowship-trained sports medicine orthopaedic surgeon at the Orthopedic Institute of Dayton. A lifelong athlete, her personal experience with knee surgeries gives her a unique patient perspective. She earned her masters in sports medicine from the University of Miami and her doctorate from Ohio University.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and dog, and supporting her alma maters on game day. As a Cincinnati native, she serves as a team physician for Miamisburg High School and the Dayton Dragons Minor League Baseball team, enjoying being part of the local community.
She is one of the few surgeons in Ohio performing the innovative BEAR ACL implant to help patients heal their own ACL tears.
