Nana Essilfie-Conduah

Nana is the Director of Software Engineering at Hashgraph, leading teams in building DLT network services and achieving EVM equivalence on Hedera. An MIT graduate with degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Management, his background includes roles at Microsoft and a deep focus on system thinking in complex engineering environments.

Nana has a passion for travel and believes in the value of learning from different cultures, having grown up on multiple continents. This global perspective, he feels, fosters open-mindedness in technology. His early interests included hands-on work with nanosatellites and planetary exploration vehicles during his time at MIT.

Unique fact: As an undergraduate at MIT, Nana was part of a team that designed and developed a nanosatellite and tested a prototype planetary surface exploration "hopper" vehicle.
