Natalie Perna

Natalie Perna is the Director of People & Culture at Sunbeam Community and Developmental Services, bringing over a decade of dedicated HR experience. A graduate of McMaster University and Conestoga College with a CHRL designation, she has progressively advanced within the organization from an HR Officer to her current leadership role.

Natalie is passionate about the positive impact her organization has on individuals and families within the community she lives in. Her professional goal is driven by a desire to continuously improve the workplace for both staff and the clients they serve, reflecting a deep connection to her work.
