Nate Turley
Pioneer · DISC type disNate is a Technical Director at Imerza, specializing in creative technology and experiential projects. With a background in game engine development and XR, he has led multidisciplinary teams in creating interactive installations, AR/VR experiences, and digital twin platforms for global brands. He holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Outside of his technical work, Nate is an avid mountaineer who enjoys exploring through ski touring and rock climbing. He also has a deep interest in music and digital art, often combining his passions to create interactive audio-visual projects and live performance systems.
He has developed interactive art for Burning Man and worked on a project to create Kiki, a digital human and sign language interpreter for the 2025 Tokyo Deaflympics.
