Nathalie Savoie

Nathalie Savoie is the Chair of the Board and VP of Human Resources at Groupe Savoie, a family-owned hardwood products company. With the firm since 1999, her career has spanned accounting, plant management, quality improvement, and organizational development. She holds a diploma in Business Administration with a focus on accounting.

Deeply invested in her community, Nathalie has served on the board of the Hector Savoie Foundation since 2003. This non-profit organization provides support to people in need in the Saint-Quentin and Kedgwick area, which includes offering hot meals to underprivileged schoolchildren.

She has been tied to the family business her entire life, as she was born the same year her father and grandfather acquired their first mill.
