Naveen Ayyagari

Naveen Ayyagari is an engineering leader with a background in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has progressed through significant roles at companies like Pandora and Blend, where he spent seven years and eventually became Head of Engineering, before taking on his current role as VP of Engineering at Collective.

Outside of his professional life, Naveens personal interests include adventure and exploration. He is known to be passionate about both climbing and traveling, suggesting a love for challenging experiences and discovering new places.

After an incredible 7-year journey at Blend, he successfully grew into the role of Head of Engineering.
