Nicole Minde

Nicole Minde is the Senior Manager of Indigenous Relations at ATCO Group, specializing in building mutually beneficial relationships between industry and Indigenous communities. She holds a Master of Global Management from Royal Roads University and is a recognized expert, contributing to discussions on decolonizing the natural resource sector.

As a member of the Ermineskin Cree Nation, Nicole is a passionate advocate for open dialogue and listening to foster understanding between diverse groups. She believes learning about different perspectives is necessary to find common ground, a principle that has guided her extensive community involvement throughout her career.

In addition to her corporate role, Nicole is also the CEO of Buffalo InDigital.
