Nicole Peeples, MBA

Nicole Peeples is an accomplished healthcare executive at Mercy Joplin, overseeing Hospital Based Specialties, Medical Specialties, and Women’s Health. With an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University, she has deep expertise in healthcare management, operational efficiency, and physician collaboration, demonstrated by her long tenure and advancement within Mercy.

Outside of her executive role, Nicole is actively engaged in her community. She serves as a Board Member for The Alliance of Southwest Missouri and is passionate about contributing to local health initiatives, reflecting a strong commitment to community well-being.

She has spent her entire career progressing through the ranks at Mercy, from Physician Recruiter to her current Executive Director position.
