Niels Kamerling is the founder of AIDA and owner of bottleneck-it, specializing in data-driven intelligence and process optimization for accountancy firms. With a background as a process analyst and dashboard expert, he helps offices improve efficiency and quality. He holds a Bachelors in Economics from HES Hogeschool Rotterdam.
Outside of work, Niels is a family man who shares anecdotes about his daughter. He is a columnist for a charity supporting families affected by childhood cancer. His interests include cycling, LEGO, the music of André Rieu, and reflecting on the evolution of technology since his youth.
