Nigel Chadd

Nigel Chadd is the newly appointed Chairman of the Sterling Supergroup, a major food service buying group. He brings extensive industry experience, having recently sold his family business, Chadds Foodsmiths, where he served as Director. His background also includes a role as Financial Controller for St Austell Brewery.

Outside of his professional life, Nigel has deep roots in the Cornish community through music. He has been actively involved with local brass bands, playing percussion as a cymbalist for the Launceston Town Band, an interest that appears to be a family tradition.

Interesting fact: Nigel was a percussionist in the Launceston Town Band, where he played the cymbals alongside his father.
