Nora Kilfeather

Nora Kilfeather is an experienced Customer Operations Manager at Business Stream, with a long history in operations management, including a previous role at Lloyds Banking Group. She is a motivated leader with extensive business knowledge and well-practiced skills in lean techniques and management. She attended St Kentigerns Academy.

Nora is passionate about giving back to her community. During the pandemic, she volunteered as a befriender for the Cyrenians Older People Active Lives program, providing weekly phone support to an isolated individual to help combat loneliness.

She wanted to do something to support vulnerable people during a challenging period.
