Onie Girton, CRP, GMS, MBA

Onie Girton is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Services at Hilldrup, where she leads the corporate sales division. She has spent her entire career at the company, holding multiple leadership roles after starting as a summer intern. She holds CRP and GMS designations and an MBA from Elon University.

Outside of work, Onie is actively involved in community fundraising and philanthropy. She co-chaired a successful workplace campaign for Rappahannock United Way and supports the Children’s Hospital of Richmond. She enjoys traveling with family and friends, reading, and watching movies.

Interesting fact: In 2023, Onie received the "Star ECC Award" from Rappahannock United Way for motivating colleagues to raise nearly $40, 000 in a workplace campaign.
