Osmonetta Beard

Osmonetta Beard is the Senior Director of Alumni and Annual Giving at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), where she has worked for over a decade. Colleagues describe her as an "outstanding professional" and "devoted team member. " She holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management.

Outside of work, Osmonetta is dedicated to community causes, serving on the board for Womens Own Worth, an organization that supports victims of domestic violence. She also shows support for local schools and enjoys spending her personal time traveling and with her family.

She has dedicated her career to the full student lifecycle, from serving as an education recruiter to now leading alumni engagement.
